Cheyenne Project Update

After showing the progress on Nellie Tayloe Ross, the Downtown Development Authority was very enthusiastic about moving forward with the project. Forrest was commissioned to paint three additional paintings representing Grenville Dodge, F.E. Warren, and Esther Morris.

Unfortunately, the DDA ran into a snag. In order to build the wall, the sidewalk must be reinforced, and in order to do that private property must be encroached upon, which entails much red tape.
In short, the project is postponed, but the DDA is confident that the project will eventually resume.
